Boron trichloride (BCI3), alias boron chloride, a colorless fuming liquid or gas, belongs to the dangerous chemicals, can be soluble with benzene, carbon disulfide, melting point is -107.3 ℃, the boiling point is 12.5 ℃, is a doping source of semiconductor silicon, but also organic synthesis catalyst, etc. Boron trichloride is harmful to humans, can not be inhaled, orally or through the absorption of the skin, the environment is also a certain danger.
